Fri, 5:30-6:15 pm – Stretch and Meditation with Bobby – Click to Register
Start the week with an energizing meditation designed to help you focus on the week; get through the middle of the week with a “hump day” stretch with the aid of a foam roller (or 2 rolled up towels); and end the week with a relaxing moment of inward focus. Calm and quiet the mind with a guided meditation and clear and rejuvenate the body with a gentle stretch.
As artists who thrive on performing and teaching live and in person, we do expect some technical bumps and adjustments along the way, and ask you to enjoy these moments as we all transition to the virtual space. We will continuously learn and improve our approach every day. We’re in this together, so thank you for your patience and understanding as we bring you #STREBRemote #HeroesWeNeed #ACTION@Home.

After closing the doors to SLAM on March 12 to support the effort to contain the spread of COVID-19, we began creating our remote engagement plans to bring the ACTION to you. Now more than ever, we need to stay healthy and take care of our bodies, minds and spirits, and our Action Heroes are working hard to help us all stay present, grounded and empowered through this uncertain and stressful time. Though this virus might put some physical distance between all of us, let this be an opportunity for us to continue to investigate the inspiring principles and spirit of STREB safely in the ways we can during this time. Watch this space for resources and our schedule of online offerings. And please stay safe and healthy!
