Elizabeth Streb’s signature technique — dance, athletics, boxing, rodeo, circus, and stuntwork in one. Kids build strength, coordination, and confidence while exploring impact, velocity, and gravity. Guided by STREB’s “personal best” philosophy, Kid PopAction is adaptable for all skill levels, encouraging every child to test their abilities, confront fears, and discover new ways to move through space. Ages 18 months – teens.

Provides your kids with a place other than your furniture to bounce, flip, and twist! Available to kids from ages 5 and up, it introduces the fundamentals of trampolining with a twist of the PopAction technique. Students will build acrobatic skill, sharpen body awareness, and learn the proper and safe techniques of jumping on a trampoline.

KID FLY invites kids ages five and up to develop their Flying Trapeze skills. Participants are taught at their own pace by our trained instructors. For more experienced flyers, students work more intensively on specific tricks to master the ones they know, and learn the ones they dream of doing!

Note: STREB Kids Classes closures follow the NY Public School system in cases of emergency. Please call ahead in cases of weather or other city-wide emergencies.
Registration will open on July 22, 2026. The semester will run September 14 – December 16.

STREB offers need-based scholarships and payment plans for semester classes and summer camps. Contact mary@streb.org for more information.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for enough time to sign-in and change for class.
- Classes can be purchased online or by calling (718) 384-6491.
- All payments are non-refundable. Class reservations can be rescheduled up until 24 hrs before the class.
- Every participant must fill out the waiver. If you are filling this out for a child please select the 2nd option (that you are filling out on behalf of a minor). Be sure to use first and last names for all name prompts and be sure to put a name in the signature box (not yes or okay).
- All jewelry and watches must be removed. Piercings must be removed or covered with tape.
- Hair must be secured back.
- Clothing should be form fitting and cover the participant’s back, abdomen, and area behind the knees.
- You will be barefoot for class.
- Clothing cannot have zippers or buckles.
- Must be at least 5 yrs old to do flying trapeze or trampoline activities.
- Any student under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the class.
- There are some nearby garages, but our immediate parking is street parking. We are closest to the Bedford stop on the L train.
- You are welcome to take photos and videos during class when it is not prohibitive of the flow of class.
Additional Policies For Flying Trapeze:
- Age limit – 5 to 85 years old
- Height limit – no taller than 6′ 2″ tall
- Weight limit – 225lbs maximum weight

Spend a couple of hours popping, flying, and falling with STREB Extreme Action Company dancers. Explore PopAction, flying trapeze, trampoline, aerial, and circus arts through classes, performances, and hands-on experiences. For Teens and Tweens ages 10+.
