While STREB is not actively holding auditions, we are always on the lookout for dynamic performers. Interested Action Hero candidates are encouraged to submit materials through our online portal—submissions are reviewed regularly.

NOTE TO INTERESTED DANCERS

  • Must be comfortable with physical heights, impact, falls, and extreme acrobatic activity.
  • Strong dance technique, tumbling, trampoline, and/or diving experience is a plus.
  • STREB offers ~15 weeks of work with paid rehearsal, performance, and tour. Opportunity for additional weeks to be added to contract. Performers are given a body work stipend each contract, and annual pay increases are offered based on years of service. Rehearsal pay starts at $20, local performances start at $80, and tour days starts at $100. 
  • Selected dancers must commit to all rehearsals and performances; Contract begins immediately.
  • Part-time Position (Typical rehearsal schedule: 17 hours/week)
    • Typical rehearsal schedule:
      • Tuesdays, 10:30am-3:30pm; Wednesdays-Fridays, 11:15-3:30
      • Rehearsals $20/hr; Local Performances $80/show; Touring Performances $100/day
